What are credits?
Credits are the currency for generating 3D models. Text to 3D costs 10 credits, image to 3D starts at 5 credits, and options like textured mesh or high quality mode increase the cost. Credits refresh monthly with your plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, unused credits carry over to the next month. Your monthly allocation is added to your existing balance on each renewal date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access to your current plan features and remaining credits until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and various local payment methods through our payment processor. All payments are securely processed.
Is there a refund policy?
If a 3D generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded. For subscription refunds, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
What is the difference between plans?
