What are credits?
Credits are the currency for generating 3D models. Text to 3D costs 15 credits, image to 3D starts at 7.5 credits, and options like textured mesh or high quality mode increase the cost. Credits refresh monthly with your plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, credits do not roll over. Your balance refreshes to your plan's monthly allocation on each renewal date, so any unused credits from the previous cycle are not carried forward.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access to your current plan features and remaining credits until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and various local payment methods through our payment processor. All payments are securely processed.
Is there a refund policy?
If a 3D generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded. For subscription refunds, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
